GENERAL RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Returns / Exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Used Merchandise CAN NOT be exchanged or refunded!
  • If you are returning goods for exchange, there is no restocking fee.
  • Refunds will be for the product amount only(not shipping charges).
  • In the event that you received FREE shipping on an item purchased and subsequently returned, you will receive credit for the product but will be charged for the initial shipping charges.
  • You, (the customer) are responsible for paying re-shipping fees for exchanged merchandise.
  • When returning goods to 639 tennis for exchange or refund, please include a copy of your invoice noting the reason for the return and your intentions regarding exchanging or receiving a credit.  A phone call ahead is helpful but not necessary.

SHOE RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

  • 639 tennis will accommodate exchanges or refunds on UNWORN shoes returned within 3 weeks from Date of Purchase. If shoes are determined to be worn or non-returnable for any other reason they will be shipped back to you at your expense.
  • Footwear must be returned to us with the original undamaged shoe-box or how you received them.  Credit will not be issued if the shoe box is damaged in any way or shoes are used.
  • Our Hours are (Eastern Time): Monday 10am – 7pm, Tuesday 10am – 6pm, Wednesday 10am – 7pm, Thursday 10am – 6pm, Friday 10am – 6pm, Saturday 10am – 3pm Sunday CLOSED
  • Hand-write intentions for exchange or credit on copy of the invoice and include it inside the package
  • Affix the Shipping Label below to your package prior to mailing / shipping. Send footwear along with copy of the invoice to: Tennis Avenue, P.O. Box 1755, Brookline, MA 02446
  • You (the Customer) are responsible for paying re-shipping fees for exchanged merchandise.
  • If not exchanging for another size or style customer will receive credit less a 15% restocking fee.
